Andrew Fay - Chief Executive

Andrew has a background in financial services dating back to 1989 when he started at Royal Insurance as a financial adviser and progressed into management.

Andrew has the role of CEO as Cavanagh has grown from a small, single office regional advisory firm to a national IFA offerng private client advisory and discretionary services, as well as corporate and actuarial services.

Andrew's current role mainly includes managing the strategic direction and growth strategy of the Group.

Simon Redgrove - Managing Director

Simon was a senior financial adviser and sales manager at Royal Insurance from 1990 through to 1996. Along with Neill and Andy, Simon founded the Cavanagh Group and has been instrumental in the strategy, growth and development of Cavanagh to its present day. Simon is heavily involved in the recruitment process and our organic growth proposition. All the sales channels for the Group report through to Simon and he has direct regional sales responsibility for our Southern offices.

Charles Gillespie - Group Sales & Marketing Director

Charles has 20 years employee benefit advisory experience, including 11 years with EYFM prior to the sale to Cavanagh Group plc. While with EYFM, Charles held local, regional and national sales and marketing roles and at the time of the sale was National Sales & Marketing Director and Deputy Chief Executive. While the majority of his time is spent in sales management, Charles still enjoys developing both existing and new clients and is always keen to apply the Group's new product initiatives first hand. Charles has direct sales responsibility for the Northern region and assists Simon on a national basis with sales development for the Group.

Ian Henson – Group Finance Director & Company Secretary

Ian was appointed Finance Director of the Cavanagh Group plc in April 2005. Ian (BSc, ACA) has extensive experience in financial, operational and corporate governance issues. During 2002-2005, Ian was the Chief Financial Officer of the Iocore Group which operated from locations in Scandinavia, mainland Europe, Australia and South Africa. Between 2000 and 2002 Ian was a management consultant, working mainly with IT companies, both publicly quoted and private companies. Between 1997 and 1999 Ian worked as the Finance Director for Kalamazoo Motor Trade plc and then became Head of Finance for Kalamazoo International plc. Ian's current responsibilities also include the Group's national administration function as well as Human Resources.

Gordon Sutherland - Director

Gordon commenced his career in financial services in 1979 and held various positions within the industry in both Scotland and the south east of England before becoming Managing Director of JRG Financial Consultancy in 1988. Gordon joined the Cavanagh Group when it acquired JRG in November 2007 and now has responsibility for the development of the corporate division within the Group.

Fraser Norton - Director of Sales

Fraser commenced his career in financial services with Equitable Life in 1994, providing advice to Lawyers, Accountants and Directors of Owner Managed businesses. Fraser became an Independent Financial Adviser in 2001 when he joined the Cavanagh Group. He has responsibility for the management of Consultants both in the Cuckfield and Chichester offices and continues to provide advice to clients in London and the home counties.

Patrick Haines - Director of Sales

Patrick commenced his financial services career back in 1991 having worked for Lufthansa German Airlines for a number of years. Experience was gained with Prudential, Friends' Provident and Equitable Life before deciding to become an Independent Financial Adviser with Hogg Robinson IFA - now Towry Law. Patrick has been with the Cavanagh Group almost since inception having joined the then Partnership at the turn of the millenium. He has responsibility for the management of Consultants in the London and Cuckfield offices as well as providing advice to a good number of lawyers in London.
