Clients from our early days, many of whom were themselves in the early stages of their own careers, are now either partners of law firms or senior members of the Bar. Working with these clients over the years, and being instrumental in ensuring their finances have evolved as successfully as their careers, has been enormously gratifying for us.
Today the majority of Cavanagh’s clients are legal professionals and our specialist Barrister Team advises clients at all stages of their career from Pupillage through to the Bench.
Our objective has always been to achieve a long-term relationship with our clients. This is where we believe we are different from many of our competitors – we truly do care about our clients’ long-term financial health.
The company grew organically through to 2003 when, responding to our clients’ expanding needs, the Group announced the takeover of Ernst & Young Financial Management, the independent advisory arm of Ernst & Young LLP. This strategic acquisition further enhanced our expertise, knowledge and experience on offer to private clients and gave our business a strong foothold in the growing Corporate Employee Benefits market. The acquisition of employee benefits specialist JRG Financial Consultancy Limited followed and strengthened our corporate division.
Our acquisitions have been successfully integrated into the business which continues to prosper. Individually and collectively we remain committed to continuing to work in accordance with the best interests of our clients.
