Working Together for mutual Clients

With accountants and solicitors no longer being able to offer financial advice through their professional bodies*, the choices left to them are to either refer such work to an accredited financial adviser or to try and juggle the area of work that they specialise in and at the same time become, in effect, a financial adviser themselves. Some firms have made the decision to move away from any form of financial advice; however this is not the best solution for their clients or for themselves as they could find themselves facing professional negligence claims.

Clients often require a multi-disciplinary approach, drawing on the skills of different professions to help them plan their affairs and implement the correct course of action. We have considerable experience of working with Solicitors and Accountancy practices and have numerous partnerships set up around the country ensuring that our mutual clients receive a highly co-ordinated service.

Having a professional relationship with Cavanagh means that your clients have access to your knowledge and experience combined with the expertise of an Independent Financial Adviser enabling you to offer business and private taxpayers a complete package of financial services to help them manage their finances.

If you are an Accountancy or Solicitors practice who want to do more for your clients by way of increasing their income and assets, advising them on IHT solutions, where they should invest their money etc, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss how our Professional Partnerships could work for you.
